Ballymaloe trained Stephen Canty has 20 years experience in hotel and restaurant kitchens on both sides of the Atlantic. He and his wife Sarah started Food for Thought Catering in 2004. Since then they have been taking it from strength to strength to stake its place as West Cork’s leading special events caterer.
